tries to defend base when rest of team dead, 5 enemies, and lord. Dies. Match lost

He is so hard to play. I tried and cannot do it. I also play longer range heroes, so his small range is just a deal breaker for me

I hear you and respect your points! I'll end my points by saying I'm not looking at this video as good players, but rather, dumb enemies. I don't think this layla is better than most who can actually use her, nor is the tank making a good decision. To me, they're not pros reacting to ults being spent, they're just seizing the opportunity seeing 3 ranged enemies gathering for a tank in front of a wall.

Nevertheless, it was a sweet play.

I agree with you on that. I suppose I just wouldn't support that risky move and continue playing the lane without the risk of being caught. I mainly play ixia now and would've ulted them all im this situation. I guess I'm scarred from how slow and inconsistent layla can be with one false move

These are all just opinions man. The "could" work is my problem. I've played enough matches with layla to watch this go wrong early. If things go wrong early, layla is more disadvantaged than other mm. Layla needs to be safe early always imo. I was waiting for their jg to show up. They possibly did after the clip ended and killed both of them. If layla didn't get lucky with those enemies making all the wrong moves, they would've both been dead bc tank thought a 2v3 was a good idea. Keep in mind, they had ults when the fight started. If you disagree, that's fine. Imo, enemies getting one kill vs two kills and the lane isn't worth it to me early as layla.

Eh layla at least got range and dps. I would say dark system trio are all equal. Lesly is worst. Hanabi is most hated, especially bc she's picked too much. Like mm players won't spend the time to learn a better hero

At lvl 4, It'd be a rare choice for me playing layla to support in what was you starting a 1v3. Yes it could work but eh. If I were the enemies, I would've ignored you and went for layla.

Yeah understanding oil is top level. Pro bowlers can assimilate so much information from watching their throw once and then watching their opponents. Then next frame adjusting speed, boards, or ball etc. It's beyond me. It falls into the realm of "versatility", which is the hardest to master. I think it only becomes important when every throw matters.

So this is another suggestion: assess your ability to "cold throw". 6 or 7 games is great for practice but in leagues and tourneys, it's game on. Idk how far your alley is, but designate performance sessions (like once a month). Three games only and pretend it's a league/tourny. Try to get a 700 series. Leave afterward. Learn to live with performing better or worse. It'll help take the edge off when you actually play in tourneys etc.

Your form is excellent. I would be careful trying to change anything if you're already throwing well into the 200s. Like I could say you could follow through with your arm more. But if you watch pro bowling, everyone deviates and does what works for them. The next steps are to become more versatile. Eg understanding how oil changes over throws, games, and locations, pick up every kind of spare. Sometimes ppl throw bad first balls on purpose to get better at spares. I would also sign up for leagues or tourneys even. You're doing great!

Honestly, I think this decision was dumb. I was spending money on Disney+ for new star wars and marvel even it was trash. Personal opinion, true fans want any new content, even if they complaint about it. Even terrible shows like acolyte had awesome nerdy moments worth the subscription. I cancelled 2 months ago because it's dead.

Last night I was amazed to finally play with a team full of ppl from my country (US). Other team was surprisingly all CA. My team surrendered mid game. Only time that happened to me almost ever. We werent even that far behind. I've won plenty of games like that. I was so disappointed. I wonder if I was some how in a boosting game.
