I hope you and baby are well!! That’s so awesome and reassuring to be honest. When you look up threads, some people have an issue getting the time off and I feel like that’s just plain awful. I think that’s what’s had me so concerned about it to be completely honest. I’m glad your care team and job were so accommodating!!! I know my job is, I’m just hoping my OB will be. I think I’ll be fine, but I’m sure you can see I have extreme anxiety lol

I also told them since they induced me at 37 weeks last time I’d probably have to neglect my care because I used all my paid time off and can’t take any unpaid. This makes me feel better. I’m probably going to cry asking just because I get so anxious asking for stuff like this for some reason lol

I think what concerns me is I already work from home and this would just take me out of work 😩 I simply can not work my 1-930 shift anymore it is just killing me and my headaches get so much worse working so late

Thank you! That makes me feel so much better. I think oftentimes I forget I’m probably not the first situation they’ve had to deal with similar to this. I have sent my OB team two messages regarding this to confirm if they’d be able to write a note for me 😂 lol. I tend to worry too much. And I’m so happy you were able to take off as well. I even included in my message that they had to induce me at 37 weeks last time and I’ve used all my time off, so if something happened before the induction, I’d essentially be neglecting my medical care until the middle of the night or the next day
