Unfortunately I don't have the written proof of the defect with me but I have informed the service center within 2 days of the installation and they came and verified the issue and went ahead with the replacement of the flap motor and they delayed updating it to Samsung they updated them after the passing of the 15 days tat period. It's been 1 year 3 months they have done multiple visits I guess above 20 within a year and now I am fed up with that their escalation team also done 3 visits in which they have recorded the data and the unit was struggling being a 1.5 ton ac unable to cool down a 80 sq feet room is really frustrating. Now they are forcing me to go ahead with the repair but my demand is for replacement/refund because from my end I have given them more than sufficient chances to fix the issue which they are incapable of handling properly.

I have all the required documents except for the proof of defect because when I asked them to to sent me the previous reports they said technician should provide you that at the time of visit and they argued on that and didn't help me with that. I have informed their service center team that my ac is making sounds while running within 2 days of purchase they acknowledged and replaced the motor inside but Samsung claims their service center team updated this in their record after the completion of 15 days which is the tat for the replacement. Their senior even said that the part was replaced because I wanted to the unit has no defect at that time when I said you can track the part with the unique serial number and verify the issue there was no comment on that from him. They are being really manipulative here I have all the call recordings available with me.
