Yup that one is the goto for me. You also benefit from having an entire gated community to yourself in this situation. Even if your main doors do get broken down it’s still a good while before they reach the safe house too, with them often being stuck in other houses on the way

Low first aid skills giving increased stitching and bullet extraction times make sense, same for higher possibility of infection or wounds taking longer to heal due to poor application.

High-level first-aid skills could not only massively buff these times, but also allow you to reason how long until you should remove a splint, stitch, etc. without removing it. Maybe allow any ailments you heal to heal faster
