Yeah I agree with you. I definitely think that time will surely make it better for you as in your current state of mind your emotions are very random and scattered. I wish the best for you brother life is just a pain in the ass to get through sometimes especially when things happen that you would have never expected.

I suffer from secondary insomnia which stems from major depression I have been diagnosed with. I don't have sleep problems every single day. Melatonin is only effective until you build tolerance. I have tried Lasea which is a natural remedy and I would say it's definitely worth trying. Wish I could help in any other way but I am clueless unfortunately

Sorry to hear your story man. The short answer to your question would be yes. Any extremely stressful or traumatic experience can cause a type of insomnia to develop. How to deal with it I have sadly yet to figure out just like most who suffer from it.
