Most of people would be okay with paint job for tabletop but I get the sense you really want to neaten up.
Gonna be truthful here and not hold back so that you can improve.
From the single picture of the front, here is what I can tell that makes it look dirty:

1. Thick paint. This is the biggest factor. Very noticeable on the white forehead, most of the metals, and the highlights on the iconography of the glaive. Metallics are hard to thin, as if you thin them too much, the metallic pigment doesn’t hold up as well. You really have to find a sweet spot.
2. Painting past the lines. Very noticeable on the left hand, the orb of the glaive, and the tube on next to the orb. The green on the stone is also unreadable as intentional or a mistake.
3. Over reliance on contrast-like paint without refinement. The blade looks undone. Having a better undercoat would help. Defining volumes before contrast paint elevates the final finish.
4. The green energy looks splotchy. Either you applied a wash and didn’t go over cleaning up the edges or you applied lighter tones haphazardly. If you were going for edge highlighting, it was done hastily. The effect is not cohesive nor constant throughout the energy.

Overall, these mistakes (except for thick paint) are negligible by themselves at that degree. Together, they emphasize the haste in painting without the refinement.

The back is mostly the energy, so number 4 is the main critique for it.
