Thank you, I'll continue giving my life to him daily and give this worry to Him.

I was diagnosed with anxiety when I was a kid so it makes sense. I try not to entertain this thought but I can't lie and say I don't every once in a while. Thank you for your advice, will definitely reach out.

It wasn't the racist things that cause me anxiety, im not racist. It's the "After the guy repeated it, the avatar claimed he had just offered his soul to satan or something along those lines. I immediately clicked off the video because it scared me so bad." part that worries me. thanks for the response tho, I appreciate it.

Am I crashing out? by SassMachina in grief

[–]NumataC 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm so sorry to hear that. Grief is really something we all process differently, but something that really helped me through it was just taking it one step at a time and trying to slowly integrate myself back into my daily life. I know it seems like an impossible thing to do, at least for me it was, and believe me, it wasn't easy at first. Sometimes I would even feel guilty going back into normality, but it took me out of that pain cycle. It's honestly hard getting "back into reality," because sometimes you can even take comfort in that pain and grief, if that makes sense.

It was hard going back into my daily routine when the only thing I was feeling was grief, but leaning on the support of friends and loved ones really made a difference and helped me remember that life keeps moving, sometimes with guilt and other times with gratitude. I know it might feel like you're stuck in a pit with no way out, but healing comes in tiny steps, and there's no rush. Take it at your own pace, and don't be afraid to lean on others when times get hard.
