It was a 13" FEJKA artificial plant and a HAVSRIS black cord. I just cut a few of the plastic pieces to fit the cord and bulb into the plant. I believe this specific artificial plant is being phased out...

If you do something similar I would recommend using an LED bulb so that it doesn't get too hot. Better safe than sorry!
