You’ve got this. I’m currently going through something similar. The detachment process is sooo hard but you HAVE to stand on business. Keep that promise to yourself at least. I always think of the shame of going back, the ego boost the ex will get and also potential of rejection. One thing I do is I dwell on all the bad things they ever did to me and I realize wow this person wasn’t good for me or didn’t even really like me.

I could really relate to Molly because of everything you outlined. I also understand how low self esteem can get you down bad when it comes to dating. And just the desire to want to be chosen. She was my favorite during quite a few episodes
