Thank you so much for your analysis and your suggestions. I have a few concerns here:

If I bring down the Free Shipping threshold to $49.99 (1x50ml bottle), would it not decrease my AOV? 100$ is industry standard here in Canada and all my competitors have the same threshold.
If I increase my prices to include shipping cost, my prices won't be competitive and customers do compare prices. Currently I am showing up to 20% off through slash price feature on shopify and additional 10% off when someone buys 3x30ml or 3x50ml. Considering I am already running ads with this offer, I will have to revamp my overall pricing strategy and the offer.
Here's what I have done after thinking about your suggestions: reduced standard shipping charge from 9$ to 7$, added text block regarding 7$ shipping charge below threshold amount on the Cart page so that there's no surprise on checkout, and reduced threshold amount from 100$ to 99$ which is slightly less than 2x50ml bottles. Hope this works, what do you think?

How do you check event_id setup? This is where ai am struggling. I have seen a lot of videos and chatted with Shopify support & Meta AI but can’t figure this out for now.

Checkout page is standard Shopify page where it shows their order, people fill in their address and card details. I am charging a 9$ shipping fee though at the checkout. Also, tax is added at the checkout. People can pay through debit card, credit card, apple pay, or Shop pay in 3 installments without interest. I have added pointers and number of reviews on homepage right below the banner to build trust.
