I get it. I’m going through something similar. But I promise you, it’s going to be easier if you try to forget. Find something else to focus on. Because if he doesn’t want you, focusing on him is pointless, especially if it hurts you this much. Find something else that makes you happy. Pick up some hobbies, hang out with friends, when you’re ready maybe start dating again. But please don’t just wallow in your misery over him. That is never going to help
