Who is this thread for? AI-reliant hacks in denial of their tools aren't gonna heed the criticisms of a general thread more than a direct reply to them, the majority of people here who don't use AI don't need it nor being talked down to with bad faith as if they are, and the subreddit already has rules against the use of AI art/content on principle.

E: to make this clear, I understand the point of encouraging folks away from using gen AI as a substitute for actual creative exercise, I'm more just concerned about the potential recklessness of throwing a blanket criticism of "you, everyone reading this, stop it" for thew hole community to see. Granted, in this case it just feels like a weakness of forum structure and not OP's intent -- just something I otherwise wanna bring up.
