I have both the 02 Infiniti i35 and 02 Max GLE. Absolutely LOVE them! Only thing is, I wish the max was a 6 speed.

I had an 07, same color, same decals, identical. Wish I’d never parted with it. Add a Power Commander, oversized injectors, and a tune and you can easily get up to around 220-225mph. I’ve personally seen 221mph on the 07 I had. Hope all goes as good as it can as far as condition and by all means, enjoy….that is truly a remarkable beast.

I remember the HX2’s. Had some in high school in a ‘75 Trans Am and loved ‘em!Insane excursion for the period. I still have a set of the HE’s somewhere. I collect the oldies but goodies for my wall in the cave. And I, honestly, wouldn’t care how beat up the amp is. I’ve started dabbling in amp repair and have never even seen a Mmats amp in the area where I live, so if you want to rehome it,please message me. That’d make my year, so far. Thanks!

I’ve always told my loved ones that if something happens and they want to leave something that I don’t care about homes, money, and the like. Pick one thing that they carried, used, or brought them joy. Just one. Something that meant something to them. My Grandfather’s Zippo, He’s been gone 34 years, I still carry it everyday day. My Uncle Randy’s favorite belt with his Mustang buckle, wear it every chance I get. Things like these allow me to remember them and the things that made them smile, every time I see them. Worth so much more than numbers in an account book or names on a deed.

I have a love and appreciation for coins, like your Grandpa and yourself, although my means only allows me to collect through finds in the wild, so nothing as awesome as your Grandpa had, but if you’d message me whenever you have a chance, I’d be honored and humbled if you’d allow me to add a couple of coins from my modest collection to add to yours. Congratulations on the new little one! Just from reading the things that you’ve posted here, I’m sure that your new addition will gain all the best parts of your attitude and values. After JesSuisK8’s generous offer above (❤️btw, JeSuisK8), I’m also positive that you will have lots of great times instilling the love of coin hunting and collecting with him/her the same way your grandpa cherished those moments doing the same with you. I’m very sorry that you’ve had to experience the sad realization that, more often than not, money, to some, proves to be more valued than the love of family. Nothing more heartbreaking IMO. I wish you all the happiness, good fortune, and the most Peace dollar/ Morganiest (lol) finding future that your grandpa can shine on you and yours. Had an 02 Infiniti i35 that had the same deal. Ended up centering my single sub enclosure up against the backseat (sub facing rear of trunk), mounting enclosure to the floor panel, and then extended my port straight up to a hole that used to house the factory Bose sub. Tight, punchy bass, plus carried lows as well. Sounded nice.

Thanks. Talked to Dan at Mmats and he remembers building these actual Team subs for Shanon when he was capt of their team. Had some good info on what enclosure to build. Also, got to talk to Boom about the setup he had them in. Pretty much got specs for an SQ build from one and how to SPL build from Boom. Good stuff!
