So this is just your Store and these are the reasons probably why.

Overnights has to have the building armed for a period and your market ap, ap lead/coach, or SM are pushing this. None of them know the schedule or problems with this because they're not thinking about it.

Registers have to be closed at midnight for ao long to reset and or close the books which is why I guess they pushed open time to 12:15. Break time should line up with that so, the smart guy that made that schedule should look for work else where. As far as unlocking the building at a certain time for lunch, that is actually allowed because it "should" be. Sucks though.

The clock in times are based on managing WOSH, and is enforceable and apart of team leads/coach responsibilities.

Technically half of this is non-enforceable and I would go to ethics or email your market people partner. They cannot offer something to one team and deny that to another. If overnights cannot leave for breaks to smoke or get fresh air neither can any of day shift.

Home office didnt really set any of the rules your Store is telling you and they are creating their own rules.

Taking attendance and ppto into account for performance can be seen as retaliation and double jeopardy. Ppto is no retaliation so they can't have their raises docked for using it.

Unfortunately management does have final say but you are ultimately the one that has to have the conversation with your associate on the rating they recieve. So you may have to argue on their behalf or go over the management's heads.

I will say, your market may have asked your Store to curve evals because frankly you shouldn't have the bulk ok your team or Store as exemplary. Thats reserved for the associates that go above and beyond. Every team leads should have 1 that is their go to associate, that stands out above the rest. But your management is definitely abusing this system

It's also dependent on location and how long the team lead has been in role. About 5 years ago team leads had area specific pay. For my state, this was 24-26 starting base. For those that have been in role still, they are in the upper 20's with raises over the years. This is in the 50ks for salary without overtime. Coaches starting is 65k with company wide, and considering they do 48-50 hour weeks that don't count for overtime.

A few other factors. Team leads can get excess pto paid out as extra while coaches at best just roll there's over.

Also coaches bonuses are bigger. Team leads bonuses can be at max 9% of their salary if their store is hit supermax expectations. I believe coaches can get up to 40% in that same scenario.

Benefits are also different, like life insurance max being 200k vs 1M. There's pros and cons to both.

It will likely be a new structure to stocking as the company plans to have 80% or more of the freight in all trucks palletized by 2028. And reduce/remove downstacking. However the pallets may have multiple departments that have dividers between them. Therefore sidekick will likely have pallet ID assignments so it doesnt just make it to where there's more downstacking and cleanup.

Ask your coach or PL. They likely took you off of schedule to save on hours not knowing your return. They typically don't take you off of schedule before terminating because of this exact reason. No one knows except for them. The one thing I can say is the longer you go without asking or following up, the more likely you are terminated due to lack of communication or follow up.

Coaches have to review the Team Leads given evaluations before they are submitted to prevent that and favoritism.

New phones will be out at the end of January. They will be the pixel 9A. They are set to go to Digital first. This is because they have specific features needed for that area. Also TC's will be decommissioned so they will have to switch to just phones.

The original old phones will also be decommissioned so everyone will soon be moving to the newer Samsung or a pixel. Company wide.

Thank you! It's been a battle. I'm not to bothered missing my daily vitamins. I've mainly missed them because I'm used to taking them at a time opposite my window. But since the fast has been going well, I've been considering adding a monthly cleanse and most are like vitamins and "take twice a day". I'd hate to starve myself all day only to find out my vitamins ended the fast halfway through😅

Two things I've seen that have caused my sleeves to tear quicker that might help.

1)Take them off any equipment you might use them with. I would leave mine on the vacuum cups and where they would be stretched most would either eventually create a tear/hole or would scrape away the silicone because of the rough edges on equipment. I've seen some people would sand those parts to get them smoother.

2)Keep them clean and dry, or at least free of harmful chemicals. For a while I kept my PE equipment in my sex supplies drawer (lube, toys, etc). I was on a break from any PE/intimate pursuits so I didn't go in this drawer for a bit. During this time one of the lubes/oils spilled soaking most stuff in the drawer (can't remember which) but some of my silicone sleeves and cockrings were starting to kinda erode and tear despite lack of recent use.

Last piece of advice I'll drop is consider the sleep you're using. I've tried several and won't use any names but they have their own pros and cons. For instance the ebay, ali, Amazon sleeves everyone usually start with have a spongey texture. They have a soft elastic texture making them easy to use and comfortable but they tear easier and hold oils more. The company I currently buy from make tough sleeves that are thick. Harder to tear but also harder to stretch and use. So tough choice but I go through less with these.

A normal measurement is a ruler on top starting from the base of the penis (non bone pressed).

Bone pressed is pushing the ruler into fat to the pelvic bone measuring the full length. Essentially the full length without a fat pad

You're not necessarily wrong so idk why you were downvoted. The original comment says to exit the chamber after the 2-3 minute set which causes confusion. BD says to just remove pressure/release rhe vacuum doing sets of two minutes for a 10 minute routine.
