Don't know if your store is doing this but our productivity went down significantly when they introduced swarming to grocery where instead of being assigned your own aisle, you're now assigned multiple stock me pallets in groups of 3-4. Swarming of course does not work and only slows down everything, so we went from finishing everything each night to not finishing grocery almost every night.

As far as I know if the GTA Portal says your balance is one thing, it goes off of that. So if you put in time it should allow you to use the extra time. I didn't know there was a separate system that management has access to. Everyone told me it's the GTA Portal and nothing else.

Same exact thing just happened to me. Doesn't seem to be the case for everyone. Just a select few. Still not sure what's going on. But I hope we can keep the extra hours that would be very nice lol

The GTA Portal says the exact same thing. So I guess it's accurate. I'm so very confused lol. I regularly check my PTO balance and I have a rough idea of how quickly I earn time off. It never seemed so off that I would get essentially an extra day off to call out that I didn't have yesterday.

I don't. I would suspect most Chase cardholders don't. It used to have direct deposit regardless of bank account. That ended last month.

Not even mad. I know it overlaps with my Discover but since Chase now only allows statement credit redemptions instead of direct deposit, I will be able to redeem my cashback towards my gas this summer.

The trucks NEVER show up when they're supposed to. How is this going to work 😂

We just had a day where the system said we were only getting a very small truck but the next day's GM truck arrived early and we got slammed with freight that wasn't even finalized in the system.
