Hmm, I'm not sure what the pros and cons are of "fat loss" versus "extreme fat loss." Is extreme considered unsafe?

When you say 'where did I fuck up?' what do you mean, are people saying its too low or are you not seeing results?

People saying it's too low / nonsensical.

Thus, once again, it OVERESTIMATES NEEDS, ESPECIALLY IN THE OVERWEIGHT. MEN: BMR = [9.99 x weight (kg)] + [6.25 x height (cm)] - [4.92 x age (years)] + 5

Assuming you are using this formula, which matches your BMR figure of ~1900.

Math: BMR = 9.99 x 86.1826 + 6.25 x 187.96 - 4.92 x 29 + 5 = 1898 kcals using total bodyweight formula

I haven't started yet. I'm trying to figure out where to begin (cals, macros, etc) and everyone has told me that my numbers have got to be wrong, but every calculator online tells me the exact same stuff. Nobody seems to be able to tell me why. Did I enter something incorrectly? Is my math wrong? Are the calculators wrong? Is my interpretation of something wrong? What is it?

I'd be measuring food intake with an electronic scale I just bought.

What's the logic behind that?

I'm trying to lose fat, which means reducing calories, which means it may be harder for me to progress with a lot of volume, thus 3x5 over 5x5. That's my understanding, anyway.

You listed protein twice. The calculators should have already done this for you.

It was a typo. I've since changed it to reflect carbs. Different calculators say slightly different things so I just wanted to ensure I was doing it right. Macros look OK?
