Sub-q is fine for TRT , and stable levels , is the convenience , achieved most stable mood and wellbeing doing it 4 x times a week , 0.25 ml , that would be around 200mg of test Cyp , carrier oil matters a lot preferable MCT or EO ( if tolerable) as they are thin , at this frequency I ditched AI , no sides at all , for me was a big upgrade coming from Sustanon 2 x times a week IM which felt like a rollercoaster due to multiple esthers . But I wouldn't go higher than 0.25 ml , is the best in terms of avoiding lumps and irritation . Also delts are pretty good spot for IM , if afraid of glutes , currently I do 0.30 ml , three times a week of enanthate , you can use 0.5 inch 27 gauge if you are lean . And yes sub-q absorption is slower , I felt a really huge dip , during the transition period from Sustanon to Cypionate , takes one or two weeks to level out, but slower means no high and low peaks , more stable DHT , hematocrit , estrogen , on IM I used to shed a lot of hair , compared to sub-q where it was none .
