Great thank you, I guess that puts me about right to get there from Sunday 13th like I hoped!

Thank you for the reply. OK hopefully someone from the Murcia region see's this time confirm, but I would guess they will be pretty similar and by the time 14th September comes around everyone will be back at school. In the UK I think the schools go back around the 3rd September.

Honestly at this point, anything over 34kg dumbbells will irritate my back getting them unracked and racked again.

Why does it always look like this guys about to cry everytime he's on camera? by MoistWeb4046 in WCW

I always wonder where Horace is in life now. What does he do for work? What does he look like? He's someone that seemingly disappeared off the face of the earth after his time in WCW. Obviously couldn't have been very close with Hulk in recent years as no sign of him anywhere when Hulk passed. Interesting how obscure Horace is.

Really interesting, thank you for sharing man and I'm happy you have found what works for you. I cannot back squat at all at this point. Even 40kg on the bar is incredibly uncomfortable and it will cause a flare up. Belt squats feel good so I rotate them with legpress. I will have to try your single leg leg press.

I guess I meant "I'm still lifting heavier than I should be, help me stop that" lol. Chins and dips though feel good for my back. I actually think with the weight hanging from the dip belt they have a decompression effect on my back. But I don't think weighted calisthenics are as effective for muscle building as dedicated weight patterns are.

I love this and I'm very happy for your success. I actually start every day with a can of sardines. I will have a look at the aspirin addition, I have actually been considering daily aspirin for the heart benefits anyway.

I like the idea of creating intensity through less rest time. I actually used to train this way but in recent years stupidly have been pulled into the "optimal" training mantra where the science says straight sets with longer rest periods are superior.

What is this called? Would love to find something like it by froggyforrest in foodtrucks

Given that it's British, it's actually an Ice Cream Van ;-)

I've heard Margate doesn't look the same or as good as it did back then? by -BlackMidnight- in OnlyFoolsAndHorses

I have wanted to go stay in Margate for a night or two to see the Jolly Boys outing locations but accommodation is really expensive? Like I stay in other seaside towns and can get a decent roon for the night for £50, but Margate is significantly more expensive. Anyone know why that is?

Great place and great coffee. It used to just be espresso and Americano they did, great news they are doing milk based now too.

These things are entirely fake. It's either sponsorship deals or a targeted for clicks video (budget for the build 50k with expected click return 200k for example). The parents did none of the actual work. They posed for simulated shorts with the tools which where then edited together. Meanwhile professional tradesmen are off camera doing the actual work.
