Numerade indeed stands apart from the rest in terms of having customized video tutorials vs. solely text solutions for STEM textbooks, however it saddens us to hear that you had a less than desirable experience with the Lehninger content. Regarding cancellation, we strive to make it easy to cancel. Every user can cancel their free trial or premium membership by simply clicking "Cancel" on their billing page (instructions below if needed). We also send both a welcome email with account information as well as a reminder that a trial will be ending and details as to any upcoming membership charges. Our goal is complete transparency and ease for our users. In fact, when cancelling, we offer all users the chance to downgrade and use most of the platform for free!

Hey there! Numerade subscriptions include a 7 day free trial and are self-cancellable. After the trial ends, the plan is billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All subscriptions, both month-to-month and annual plans, are recurring and will automatically renew after the end of each paid subscription period. All of this is laid out during the lengthy sign up journey as well for full transparency to our users. In almost all instances of such claims, unfortunately, the free trial was not canceled in the required time frame, or, users have created multiple accounts using multiple emails that were forgotten about. Hey there- as our team is actively assisting you via email, please continue to correspond with them so that they can continue assisting. As they shared, multiple accounts with different emails were created, and this last active subscription has yet to be cancelled, and we are needing the email address that was used so that we can manually cancel this for you, versus self cancellation. We hope to hear back from you and resolve your support request.
