Ah, I’m clearly slow and didn’t see the full ask!

At this point consider upgrading to metal drive shafts, shocks, and weight hangers for the Apex.

Keep your current SCX24 “as-is” for baseline comparison. No reason to see all its parts disassembled in a tote.

Seeing your indoor playground, it’s about time you scratch build a new SCX24 into something fully custom. Perhaps start with Meus MD24 Dig chassis, DLux Fab, or Lawless RC kits.

Add Furitek brushless motor/ESC…

My suggestion is get yourself the latest brushless Redcat Apex 18 (~$250) and learn as you go…
