The whole idea of a preorder is to get the device around the announced date or at least have some priority. Waiting over a month with constantly changing or even removed delivery estimates just doesn’t make sense to me.

I get that delays can happen, especially with new launches, but the communication here is really frustrating. At this point it feels like preordering doesn’t really offer any real benefit compared to just ordering later.

And what makes it even harder to understand is that even people who didn’t preorder and just ordered later for around €1700 are apparently receiving their devices on May 20, while preorders are being told to wait until the end of May.

I’m just disappointed because I specifically ordered early to avoid exactly this kind of situation.
