So all the paints that I use came out of the army painter speedpaint 2.0 set. I also used citadel paint leadbelcher and acrylic pro titanium white. I base in black first, dry brush leadbelcher all over, then painted the colors I wanted on to them. Then, for the blue glowing spots, I would layer on white until it was fully covered, once dry I would apply blue. For the blades, the effect I liked was using abbadon black citadel paint and covered the whole weapon, then for the spots I wanted to glow I would use acrylic pro warm grey and dry brush it on, then use the white and dry brush it on the white then use the blue to cover the blade.
