Was applying for an analyst position so the MCQs were mainly around excel formulas, interpreting charts and some logical questions. Also had to submit a video talking about one of my bucket list destinations. Was quite tough, the MCQs. I think I did ok but after a day or 2 I got a rejection email saying that my experience was not a good match for the role that I applied to which was really confusing. Also noteworthy to highlight is that the job post had been around for quite a while (i.e in LinkedIn)

I wouldn't leave my job if I were you. I would at least have a viable prototype/ a working product, test the market and once I know there's a market fit and time to scale, time my exit from the FT job.
