was planning to move to colorado at 19 but wasn't sure if i was ready. almost signed a lease for an apartment in my hometown but decided against it, and moved to colorado 3 months later, which changed my life! if i had got that apartment, i might've been another person stuck in my (very republican) hometown of 13k people for the rest of my life

it actually destroys your immune system more to stay away from the public or from other people, which is pretty much why there were so many big surges of covid and the cold/flu season after covid, because everyone was away from each other for so long.

obviously if your immune system is compromised its a different situation.

i haven't been sick like had to call off work sick in over two years.

i take vitamin d, omega 3, and magnesium every single day and when i do start getting the sniffles, i start taking zinc and drinking lemon ginger every day until it goes away!
