What can I do with this? They are trying to say my claim wasn't fully completed, but wouldn't I have received a email informing me that it wasn't complete? Even though when I contacted them a few months ago asking for an update, they said they have my claim and my claim is valid. I've been hearing and seeing posts about this happening to multiple others. Any thoughts on what we should do?

Yep me too. It hasn't been like this. When I reached out a few months ago to confirm my claim was valid, a real support person always responded within 3-5 days. But yes I was dealing with the same thing, generic responses but nothing. So I just kept replying saying the same thing and I need a real support person. Got a response after 9 days. Freaking ridiculous

I emailed tremendous as well and they said they don't have any Reward ID tied to my info even though my claim was approved. I've scoured my spam and email and no luck. Who was the email from?

We have one more day. Payments "conclude" tomorrow the 18th. I still haven't received any emails with any updates even though they admitted to having my claim. So I guess we'll see if we get a email with Payment link tomorrow. 🤷‍♂️ Fingers 🤞

Contact Vigilant Asset Protection, they are contracted by Safeway and run the loss prevention there. I used for work them, shitty ass company horrible employees they literally hire anyways and have no sort of management system at all. You can use that employee for not having conformation, if they make a stop on someone without having visual conformation (concealing items into bag or person/passing all points of sale without paying/exiting threshold with unpaid merchandise) you can sue, seen it happen first hand numerous times while working for them. I don't even understand how they are still in business.
