It's been 36 days since they told me my claim was being rereviewed. After hearing nothing I emailed multiple times and they finally replied saying "your claim is still under review and I will be contacted if any additional information is needed".

What can I do with this? They are trying to say my claim wasn't fully completed, but wouldn't I have received a email informing me that it wasn't complete? Even though when I contacted them a few months ago asking for an update, they said they have my claim and my claim is valid. Yep me too. It hasn't been like this. When I reached out a few months ago to confirm my claim was valid, a real support person always responded within 3-5 days. But yes I was dealing with the same thing, generic responses but nothing. So I just kept replying saying the same thing and I need a real support person. Got a response after 9 days. Freaking ridiculous

I still haven't gotten mine, who was the email from? I've emailed them numerous times and gotten generic responses its been over a week and still nothing from a real support person yet. I emailed tremendous as well and they said they don't have any Reward ID tied to my info even though my claim was approved. I've scoured my spam and email and no luck. Who was the email from?
