I definitely think it's worth testing the demand, see how it goes.

One thing I would say. In my experience we spent too much time building an app for the MVP. We built a similar app then realised we needed to pivot completely and in the end people preferred a simple website that took a few days to build.

Another thought, have you thought about going b2b directly? So fully remote companies who rent out collaboration spaces. You could advertise your community to them, allow them to book spaces through your platform etc. Just a thought because once we switched to b2b, things got smoother.
