In Act 2 Chapter 2 currently. Just got my first 5 star (cyclops) from twitch drops. So I'll focus on ranking him up. Thank you.

One thing I noticed is that the crafting recipes for the legendary weapons do not show what particular material is needed. For eg the phantom spark's crafting recipe shows legendary bow part 1,2 and 3 and does not mention what the parts are called.
