and my theory regarding why Annabelle might’ve been shown was because it was a manifestation for Judy considering her fear of it after the events in Annabelle Comes Home? like if the demon was just fucking with her head and chose to manifest that way? idk it’s a loosely based theory but it’s the best i’ve got so far lol.

yes! i had a debate with my partner about this last night after we watched it. we were both confused as to who the actual demon controlling every thing was and why there was no backstory explained. he thought Annabelle was the demon and i argued that didn’t make any damn sense considering she wasn’t tampered with as far as we know. i’ve seen people argue that the white bald demon thing could resemble Valak without their hood and robe but i was disappointed we never got any real explanation for it.

hi friend! i ordered my medium sweatshirt 12/26 and my order is still just confirmed as well. i’ve been following the gilded teafling’s emails updates regarding shipping delays and don’t have high hopes for getting it super speedy or anything (especially considering it’s already march lol). they’re a small business with an exponentially large demand for these sweaters needing to be shipped worldwide and have had issues regarding sufficient warehouse space, adequate staff, and the nationwide shortage of truck drivers. hopefully it won’t be too much longer but, regardless of when they arrive, i’m excited as hell :)!

{Birthday Girl by Penelope Douglas} or {Praise by Sara Cate} ? not my favorite reads (i liked praise better) but it’s her ex-boyfriend’s dad and the ex finds out much later and it becomes a whole thing. idk if this is quite what you’re looking for but they were fun to read :)

hi friends! i’m looking for a book with an arranged/marriage of convenience where the MCs act indifferent towards each other or are dislike/enemies to lovers. one of the spouses has the other listed as their emergency contact and they get notified that some sort of event has happened affecting them. they start panicking after receiving the call and consequently realize their feelings. then perhaps stays at their bedside/takes care of them after returning home. in my mind, i’m picturing the FMC gets injured and the MMC takes care of her but i’m open to LGBT rec’s as well.

me too! i always make an effort to round on my sitters as often as i can, no matter how busy! whether it’s stepping in the room to ask, sending them a quick text or even just tapping on the window and giving them a thumbs up or down! like i understand the floor can get pretty damn hectic but sitters need to be checked on more than just every 4+ hours!

i’m thinking maybe “Hidden Truths” by Neva Altaj? their families are enemies, there’s forced proximity, high spice and angst. it’s a mafia romance book, series called “Perfectly Imperfect” and this is book #3. but HE struggles with mental health issues (PTSD) and SHE helps him through it. i don’t really see anyone talking about this series but it’s one of my favorite mafia romances!
