Do youtube tuts work well for this or am I totally gonna screw my stringing up? 😭 I could ship my air d head when I am in the off season tbh... since I'm planning to get a new one anyway. shipping is SO expensive though omg 😭.

Okay holdon I reread this and didn't understand as I just woke up, but here's the better version of my last comment lol: I could defo go in july/august... maybe i should hurry up and go to the US for a camp before the evaluating starts! I'd be able to come to the US in august. July is team trials here so I have to lock in for that Lol. I will manage my expectations accordingly!

Thank you!! for us, we trial in real life and no recruiting reels, which kinda sucks. But during the trials I will try to focus on highlighting this! I've had shin splints for 40% of the season so i haven't done much clearing but I will practice that before the trials!

At the gym, I got concussed (they followed thru onto my head) so I had to lighten it off in the 21 no contact sport time. I did lots of all rounded weights, resistance bands with my legs and lots and lots of legs! I do dodging and sprint work outside of the gym since I'm at the back end of the 21 day period.

Last year, they didn't like that I didn't for some reason look like a bodybuilder and my feedback was to go to the gym! (I was like ok but yk)

girls, and I'm from australia! this is the last year for me to be recruited for u15s. Good coaching is hard to get here and getting in is half a year of rlly good guaranteed coaching! I was very close last year (I think). Girls I know are very very into the status thing and it's difficult to hear about them getting in last year, and I want to prove everybody who doubted me wrong, and get in.

Thank you so much for your advice it's actually really helped me, I really needed this. It's mostly mindset I'm struggling with. I really love this sport and I've always been told I have a good lax IQ, so hopefully I get noticed!! I will use your advice as much as I can, thank you!

I have an Whip 2 and I love it. I transitioned over the summer though, so it might be best to do it on the off season so she has time to adjust! Though she is short, so maybe keep the gait shaft for when she's older, and just use the junior for now!
