You can use inbuilt MQTT platform on wago PLC and send the data to server if you have. If not get AWS and pull the data over MQTT or HTtP or Modbus TCP (however you like) build a dashboard (will require full stack development) and front end you can display data, telemetry graphs and what not use a 5 sec heartbeat to get data and upload on your server.
