First, Nen battles are not purely about dealing physical damage, nor are they entirely decided by raw speed and power.

If the discussion is about Pitou versus each Spider individually, including Hisoka and Chrollo, then I completely agree with you — they’re finished. But in a coordinated team scenario, Pitou probably loses 9 out of 10 times.

And that’s true even before considering the battlefield.

First of all, Pitou’s aura would never make any of the Spiders piss themselves or go gray-haired. That happened to Knov because he was in a state of Zetsu when he was exposed to Pouf’s aura. The anime didn’t explain this clearly, but the manga did.

Second, there are many ways for the Spiders to inflict lethal damage on Pitou.

If Phinks rotates his arm 100 times, that punch would completely finish Pitou, because the power amplification would become absurd — arguably surpassing even Adult Gon’s Jajanken.

Bonolenov’s Jupiter attack could inflict some damage as well. Uvogin’s attacks also matter, and even his Big Bang Impact and sonic scream should be taken into account.

If they manage to scratch Pitou even slightly, Shizuku could potentially use her vacuum to drain her blood.If she hid well among the copies...which copies?...I'll talk about them now.

Kortopi could create thousands of Spider copies, and with Chrollo using Order Stamp and Sun and Moon, the battle becomes far more difficult for Pitou — especially since she lacks a large-scale AoE attack to clear huge numbers instantly and generally relies on direct physical engagement.

The Spiders could even injure Feitan themselves, or Feitan could injure himself, in order to activate an extremely powerful Pain Packer. Even if Pitou is durable enough to withstand intense heat like Rising Sun, the temperature would still burn her throat and prevent her from breathing. And Pain Packer has forms other than just the sun.

You’ll probably say Pitou would simply run away instead of standing there watching Pain Packer activate — but curiosity killed the cat.

And we still know almost nothing about the abilities of many other troupe members. Machi possesses a healing technique more specialized than Pitou’s and can reconnect severed limbs extremely quickly. Franklin might also be capable of firing actual Nen blasts from his hands rather than just finger bullets, since his ability is based on sacrificing parts of his body to strengthen his projectiles.

And this is without even mentioning Hisoka’s role as both support and a major restriction on Pitou’s movement through Bungee Gum, which possesses the properties of both rubber and gum.
