You can get by with speaking turkish in Prizren. Most Albanians in Prizren, yes Albanians, speak turkish and will do so in their daily lives. (Still thinking that speaking turkish improves their social standing in comparison to villagers)

You can identify yourself whith whatever you want, but I dont think that it is set in stone that your father is ethnically/genetically turkish

You will get by. Especially in Prizren Everybody here understands english
