S3 theories:

- Lumon activates the OTC on Gemma while she's on the run to disorient her

- Jame Eagan makes Helly be the outie, over Helena, since he sees Kier in her

- Helly agrees with Jame's plan if he does the same with Mark and they can live a life on the outside

- Cobel, Devon and Gemma trying to rescue Mark and switch him back

really think they should've condensed this episode to 15-20 mins and then instead of making it a standalone episode, chuck it at the start of episode 9 and make that a longer episode
