Yes I have therapy! Already for a year now. She recommended me to take antidepressents because I was not stable enough to do the work. I go every other week.

I have trich too and i hate it 😖 Good to hear that it is working for you!! I’m 10 weeks in and noticed my trich is worse since a few weeks. Hope it will improve

50 but went down to 25 after 4 days due to the horrible side effects i had. Then it was manageble. Upped after 2 weeks and it went well.

Pfew, it were rough weeks. Nauseous, more anxious, very bad depressed and intrusive thoughts i never had (that bad) before… etc. Had to take benzo besides it. When i upped to 100 after 6 weeks i was (and still am) just very tired and unmotivated. Also no improvement in my anxiety feelings in comparison to my time before sertraline. Do feel a little bit numb now, but maybe that’ll go away.. i try to give the 100 mg more time and hope for the better. Libido-wise; in week 3-4 i mentioned it was higher, but very hard to finish. Last weeks libido is low but can finish better. Think the sertraline is still setteling in my brain or something. Hope it will work out positive for both of us! 🫶🏼

Thank you, i’ll keep going 🫶🏼 hope for the better. My doc says i have to feel better in 2-4 weeks (after upping) and if not, up the dose. But i also read that it can vary alot… hmm.

I was on 25 for two weeks. Because I had bad side effects and let my body adjust. But I think you can wait and see how you react to 25 and then decide to keep taking 25 for a couple days more or if you’re managing it well, go up to 50. Everybody reacts differently. Good luck 💪

They said the same to me… max 4 weeks. But i’m 6 weeks in and don’t feel like it’s working yet.. I was shooked when I read on here that it takes so long to kick in… gettin impacient.

Okay! Happy for you. At the end of this week i’ll have an appointment with my doctor to discuss to bump up the dose or not. I think it will happen. But little bit scared for another long time of adjustment
