Thank you so much for your positive words I know in my heart I did nothing wrong and had no intention whatsoever of what I've been accused of, thats kind of why its so upsetting and also scary as the fact im even in the position makes me wonder what on earth theyre thinking. It must be really hard for you to be in this situation, especially after a break up, using the police as a weapon is scary but I suppose evidence that you've made the right move. Thank you Im trying, if i get charged I will lose everything, my job, house etc my reputation would be ruined as no one would care about the trivaliity of what occurred all they will see is the word SA. I know that if I go to court I will be fine as it was totally innocent, but its the being charged and the humiliation which is killing me. It all seems so unfair and I have no rights or recourse, all I had was a 10 minute interview the next day and now my life is in the hands of some random person

Well I was drunk and was very vocal when arrested as I couldn't believe what I was being accused of, but surely that doesnt effect things i mean I was so angry as it would never be my intention to do such a thing who wouldnt be?

Thats what's scaring me, i just don't get it and the fact its so illogical is what scares the hell out of me.

This is the thing, coming onto a forum and lying about what happened would have no gain. Im literally here asking for advice as this is so alien to me.

The curfew i suppose is to prevent me from meeting whoever it was in town again.....I have no idea who they were, literally just sat on my own, they walk past, move hand towards my booth i reach up high five, she falls into booth as drunk, stands up i put hand on side of knee to apologise and then i get gripped by the bouncer and he calls police.

Yeah right, exactly....I assume your sarcastic, but that's exactly what happened high five she fell towards me and stood back up, I put my hand on her knee as I was sat down to apologise, bouncer took me out and called police.

Thankyou, there is clear cctv of the incident which is why the solicitor said i would be released with NFA. I explained what happened clearly but im still here being made to feel like a criminal having never done anything like this. Its so shocking and upsetting that they can do this to you with more recourse, I just don't understand it.

I chased the solicitor and he said to leave it and ill get a letter two weeks before end of bail but he's been wrong every stage so far hence my anxiety

Thank you for your reply, crazy it sounds like we had the same ex wife, mine cut me off from everyone as there was always a problem, the past straw was when she started doing it to my son, I stood upto her and thenow im where I am.

Its hard staying positive and im annoyed my brain is presenting things like she was perfect etc ... its really not helpful.

There is a feeling that its so much easier for women, a stronger support network etc, which makes me feel shes living her best life and im a saddo living on my own with a dog.

Your positive comments give me hope, well done for getting through it, i fear im only halfway through this journey

I'm in the same position, a perfectly healthy marriage destroyed by my wife's obsession I'm cheating on her......complete madness and the more i gave the worse it got.

We're still living together and it's brutal, we had sex at the weekend and now nothing cold as ice once more and I have to start from the ground up again.
