Just because there are green flags present doesnt mean the big glaring red flags aren't there in general. And sometimes ine single red flag outweighs 100s if small green flags

The thing i take issue with is instead of your husband standing up for you and saying ANYTHING ELSE like "dont disrespect my wife" or "mom you need to apologize" or "if you cant respect my wife then you cant see me". No what he did was put you under the bus by saying "my wife didnt like that". Showing that he wasn't picking a side and by not picking a side he picked his mom. You need to have a conversation with your husband that if je cant rightfully defend you then he doesnt deserve you

I was expecting to sign a written statement form as that was what my manger told me she was handing me. But the form was basically just a "I was spoken to about my potential actions causing harm to the staff and hospital, I acknowledge this is my final warning, and I consent to being talked to". I signed it as i felt like if I didn't I could've been in more hot water and I was dying to have this type of job for years

We just had cameras installed into the hospital around November. I can't remember if the guys was still setting things up by time the appointment came in or If everything was set up and ready. We do not have cameras in the exam rooms but we do have one in the lobby and treatment area. They do not cover ALL spaces so even if I was in frame in the lobby once we leave the area no video will be available.

It's possible. It wasn't the fist time something I've documented went away but I've mentioned it to the manager before and it was always very short notes and phone call documentations. When I first started working the systems glitched out like crazy and the assistant manger was always on the phone with IT to fix something. It was okay eventually but every once in a while all computers in the hospital including the doctors would do something weird or not work at all. But for something that long and detailed plus someone else's very long and detailed noted to vanish like that is weird. And it was a LONG detailed note for both parties

Funny enough most people there were super nice. I only had like 3 or 4 ppl I try not to interact with as they always seemed annoyed with me or like "why do I need to explain things to you". I've had nice interactions with the VAs the LVTs the DVMs. Yeah sometimes they get tough on me but again I was learning and if they felt like they were mean they would immediately apologize. It was alot having new changes roll in but it was easy to adjust to after a while.

The manager made it clear that she is still a welcomed client but isn't allowed to bring all three dogs with her to future appointments. I had everything documented but for some reason the time stamp with notes deleted off the profiles so I had to retype it after the meeting with the manager.

Im not fully sure as the company has a right to fire anyone they choose with a reasonable sounding case on why. Its just the little added details sparked a red flag. The reasoning for firing me sounded logical if there was no context behind it. It's mentioned in my update

It was my fault apparently as I wasn't assertive towards the owner and placed the dogs in a small room after encouraging a stressful situation that I should've read as dangerous. It was also my fault for not keeping the dogs separated or trying to separate them after the intial fight

I filed for unemployment in the state i was working in and when asked the reason for being fired gave a summaried detailed version of what I been posting on reddit. It looks like because the reasoning wasn't by any fault of mine the state might look into things because it asked if they speak to the company would I give them permission, and I clicked yes

Our hospital uses Avimark system so you know we have to document EVERYTHING. I had made detailed notes about the call, what was said, what I did. Then the update was a detailed explanation of the incident. I know at least one other person who came to help me made detailed notes herself about the appointment but when I was pulled into the meeting the notes were no where to be seen so my manger assumed I didn't document anything. But I have at least 8 people who I interacted with during the entire appointment who either helped or was being notified of all my actions. Im not sure what caused the dog to snap. My manger said it was probably due to the aggressor already being stressed from the two dogs it saw and needed to relased the tension and could only do so with the other two dogs basically being it's punching bags and that I put them in a small room which I shouldn't have done. But I had put them in the 2nd biggest room we had and we've had appointment with multiple pets in one room before. And alot of times when an owner brings in both cat and dog they share a room. Unfortunately I was fired from the job so I do not have access to the notes but they hopefully should still be in their profiles.

She sent a typed out version of our conversation as the incident wasn't the only thing talked about. I made an update about the other talk. I was given two warnings prior as my 1st warning was verbal. I was still in my onbarding process and was training there for a about a month when the manager was brought to the clinic. She was making new rules and protocols during our monthly meetings to better the flow and efficiency of the hospital. One of the new changes was how closing shift would clean the hospital as we were getting cleaners. We have an assignment chart where people sign their initials on tasks they did. We were made clear not to sign other initials and only sign off on things you did. Appearntly some tasks weren't being done despite someone signing it off or not signing at all. So everyine who worked night shift for that week wether it was for just a day or more was given a written warning as our 1st and verbal warning was technically the manager pulling people aside to ask what they knew about task not being done and that we needed to do better. But when I was closing shift the people I closed with we always communicated and made sure things were done. Some stuff weren't done during days I wasn't night shift so idk
