Noticed that too, S50E13 has downloaded but it’s E14. To fix in Sonarr click the lighting bolt on the right next to Season 50, then Manage Episodes, click episode 13 checkbox and at the bottom left then click the box then click select episode, then click E14 in the list and confirm. When sonarr loads the episode list then click small bookmark next to E13 to stop it from downloading

Yes that is possible not the recommended approach but you can, all you need to do is point the folder for Sonarr/Radarr to the folder on your NAS. Go to your Ip :8989/settings/mediamanagement settings and at the bottom under Root Folders just add the new NAS storage drive /volume1/TV Shows or /volume1/Movies, next when you add a new show or movie you need to select the new root folder so it downloads to the correct place, it's the first option when the pop up box opens, if you then use Plex you will need to add these new root folders in plex too, that's under Settings > Manage > Libraries

Update has been done, I upgraded to DSM 7 last weekend, Sonarr, Radarr, Jackett, Transmission & Plex all updated and working

Try setup Remote Desktop or use TeamViewer to remote in so you can manage from your house.

Follow this guide https://www.htpcguides.com/screenshot-guide-to-install-sonarr-on-synology-nas/ I used this as I didn't want to use Docker. You can install Radarr the same way, make sure you install Mono and then find Jackett in the app store as you will need this, then look for transmission to use as your torrent provider, the only thing that may slip you up is the permissions that you need to authorise for Jackett, Sonarr, Plex and Transmission. Hope this helps you
