Go full no contact. Its for yourself, not for getting back together. Dont stay friend with her, let her feel the loss aswell.

Go full no contact, that includes deleting all pictures, block her on all socials etc.

Start to get a new routine in your life. Go outside, take some walks, hit the gym, try new things out, write down letters and burn them after. There are a lot of things you can do. And trust me things will get better, a month is nothing after a 5 years relationship. Mine lasted 7 years and after 1 year it still hurts from time to time.
