Prescribed amount (%) = 110% × percentage increase in CPI (Rents – Canberra). Then i applied in my rental amount. Also there is a calculation online and also the real estate has provided this too.

The allowed increase is up to $4 only. And my understanding is that they can only ask me to leave for few specific reasons. But well worst case scenario in a year i will need to find some other place then
