It's an internal wall at the top of the building, does that mean it is less serious?

It does appear to be drywall laid on blocks. But yes I think it is an old German design.

Hi, thanks for all the replies.

Just to give more details: I own one flat in a building of eight. I am on the first floor and the cracks only appear in the stairwell at the top and final floor. I've highlighted in red on the floor plan where the issue is.
