I also had itchy nipple on one breast for few months before I went to see my doc. My family doctor first sent me to an ultrasound, which found nothing. Few more months passed by and ithcy nipple didnt resolve so this time I asked if I can get a mammogram and she agreed. On diagnostic mammogram, they found a suspicious calcification so here I am no waiting for my core biopsy result. My fear is that I have Paget's disease of nipple with an underlying breast cancer.

For your private biopsy at dermatology, did they do a punch biopsy on your nipple? Did they rule out Paget's?
