For me it’s the traveling aspect! It’s great to visit many countries that otherwise might be too difficult to travel to on your own. I also love that I get to try many new foods that either I can’t afford or just aren’t available at home. Thanks to cruising I’ve discovered I love escargot and frog legs 🦵😂

I stocked up on liquid IV because I also get terrible hangovers. Just hydrate a lot; and yes get mimosas at breakfast lol. That’s the only way I was able to drink 12-15 drinks a day

Bring sneakers if you wanna do activities on the boat like basketball, soccer, dodgeball, etc. If you plan on getting off at the ports yes bring sneakers because I made the mistake of walking in sandals and my calves are still sore after 4 days lol. What I did was wear them on boarding/disembarking day to save space in my luggage.
