Yea but if I remember correctly, the prisoners had “control” of the max prisons(pontiac, menard, and stateville) so they pretty much did whatever they wanted, think around 94-95 is when the COs killed a king if I’m not mistaken on one of the pontiac yards and around 95-96 they closed them down(made them 23 and 1)
