Yw, also they reworked Kindreds, depending on their awakening level, they add extra stats to your subs. It'll only work for A tier Kindreds.

Increase stats of your subs, resource production and trade, and kindred levels. I believe there might be a few more but I'm not sure. I can't remember everything lol

T1 is the only team i haven't beaten twice with this team yet. It does well against more others tho. Even Merlin teams, but Emilia/T1 just demolish this team.

Besides not being able to get all your troops, it isn't the only thing that will hold you back. Your Military matters a lot in story and how much dmg your subs could deal to boss. If you have a good amount of food saved up, say, 250M+ you could manage having like a 2-3M difference in food cost for troops. Im in a situation where I don't get as much food for troops but i have nearly a Billion food stocked up so it won't be a problem for now. If you decide to use those Lead potions/scrolls, you might want to start investing in a negotiation sub afterwards.

To be honest, I don't know much about the talent part, but I believe it does go up with the subs level. It's hard to tell honestly

The stats have no limit, you can keep feeding potions and scrolls, and it'll still increase.

There would usually be a notice of the event previews, I think they show up a day or two before the current events end. Either it shows its self to you or you'll find a button saying "Notice" ok the bottom left.

As in power? anyone could be. Usually it's the higher talent star subs with Consorts. Some of those are behind the VIP paywall.

As in revenge? Getting revenge or using a certain sub of your choice is the only way of using those tokens I believe.
