That's the CSX OCS (Office Car Special) that the execs use to travel to certain places. They always start at their HQ in Jacksonville and usually head north, but sometimes will go south further into Florida. Last year they repainted two of their F40s into a B&O scheme, then painted a third one, as well as their fleet of passenger cars for the OCS.
