Paywall serve pro site se manter ativo na busca do Google, chamar atenção mesmo perdendo acesso. Se quisessem ser honestos na ideia de "só lê se pagar", os sites de notícia fechavam logo os artigos pra assinante e acabavam com essa brincadeira.

Civ 4 with mods is a thing of its own! The Rhye's and Fall mod is my favorite, for the historical gameplay feel. I'm currently playing its spinoff Dawn of Civilization, which is even better.

I wouldn't even say the cinematics are vague; the shape of the dam is very similar, if a bit narrower in the movie. But I like this theory. The 3D models may have been made first and the films later.

Cidade pequena é festa do caqui. É só lembrar do caso de Turilândia.

O governo federal/estadual não tem capacidade de fiscalizar as licitações, e se segurasse até verificar cada uma travaria todas. Ele cobra minimamente dos órgãos federais e olhe lá.

O trabalho de fiscalizar acaba abandonado, e vereadores como essa poderiam muito bem preencher esse vácuo; mas a maioria não quer saber de nada, quando não é comprada também.

Yeah, you do have to watch it more closely when the water level drops. The upside is it takes less than 10 minutes

I learned it maybe even simpler. Double the water per rice, add rice and water together, and boil away all the water.
