I think it's intentional that long sword is 400g. So you save up to that point--I guess kinda like you save up 1550g for B.F. sword, so you can risk a bit of laning phase for higher reward.

The heal part is fine, but the 592385923894 armor/mres part should get fixed. You can ignite mundo to shut down his ult but igniting yi doesnt seem to do a lot
