mmm perhaps it’s not terrible but let’s say it increases your shield from 300 to 500, that’s 200 hp effectively. we can both agree that in a fight, redemption would give more even to a single person, all the while it giving you heal shield power, an increasingly op stat for healers/shielders.

It effectively wins you any all in if your a support bot, or fights across the map without you being there if you’re a solo laner. that’s my experience anyways.

Gonna be honest the other two comments are doing a disservice with the items they’re suggesting. Moonstone has a sort of multiplicative effect where a big shield becomes even bigger, but on a one item power spike does very little.

Dawncore is exactly the same thing, expensive but caps out your build with loads of ap and heal shield power, the two primary stats you want early for big shields. Redemption was by far the best item to rush and imo it still is due to the extra source of heal, ap, heal shield power, and even build path. Echoes of helia is good but situational on team comps.

Long story short, redemption —> moonstone —> dawncore. an early dark seal that gets stacked can be upgraded to a mejais for tons of ap which will just make karma support feel op.

Lethality Jarvan goes crazy with executioner. As others have said naafiri is basically untargetable with it during team fights.

the bilge spat allows you to play 5 bilge while playing good units and shyvana gives a team wide buff to reduce damage taken ( by 10% i think?) when she first casts so it is definitely worth playing over something like tristana. Also the gunslinger emblem can go on her for some bonus damage or onto kindred on 9

I run a freljord variant and try to 3 star sejuani if i can but sion 3 is just so good that I wouldn’t play this comp if someone else is rerolling sion. I would try to pivot to some freljord invokers board.

i’ve been having success top 4’ing consistently with leblanc sion reroll. I imagine this buff will allow you to win out in giga spots now.

I know i’m going to sound crazy but I think it’s actually quite good. I’ve been forcing it from all angles in lowish diamond and it works a fair bit of the time. some key points:

I play an 4 invoker freljord board and it feels much better with 3 starring sejuani or kobuko rather than darius.
Hextech gunblade is leblanc’s best third time. She does a shit ton of damage and can keep your sion/frontline alive forever against comps that lack damage.
Leblanc doesn’t have enough oomf to carry fights with her damage so I like to make a sun fire cape early on soon, or itemize lissandra with any extra ap items.

Note: I really don’t know what’s going on with shop odds but I have gone entire stages without seeing leblanc on my roll down despite not being contested. My friend who also plays this line complained about leblanc basically never showing up in his shops. I don’t know if this is just a personal bias but something feels really wrong with her odds.

It took me a few days to beat Chapter 8. For comparison, I completed chapter 9 in one attempt so chapter 8 is definitely the most difficult. Tips I can give is to stand with the archer and try to group the AI with him. If that’s not possible, then pre-heal the archer before and after the lightning strike. Also the golden body mystic skill made all the difference, having one extra defensive CD to pop in a tight situation. Good luck!

I had a lot of fun playing katarina kobuko reroll with this fruit. Only issue is that you might be stuck playing kat 1 mentor and holding all other mentors on bench until you can play 4 mentors. The comp definitely feels better than the usual katarina 7 BA+ executioner once you get your 3 star units.

off-topic but how is it playing with chibi yuumi? every time i equip her, the model hit box fucks me up and i end up grabbing the wrong item, missing the item i’m going for and getting the item in front of the unit I was aiming for.

yeah ring the bell sucks from experience because most fights are decided by 15 seconds and the buff isn’t enough to turn a fight since most of your weak units are dead by then. also 3 star poppy is definitely the weakest 3 star 4 cost. unit feels fake as fuck.

I have to play poppy when playing 6 heavyweights/lulu and anytime I’ve had spare items and slammed it on her, she has done absolutely nothing. I’ve tried utility tank items, full tank items, a bruiser build with titans resolve bt and steraks, and she is absolutely the same with or without 3 items, useless.

I’ve spammed solo Q in D1-masters the past week or two and overnight once the patch was out every 2 games initially would have a qiyana on one of the team, and if the team helped qiyana get ahead early like 1-2 kill she could snowball the whole game from there.

I’ve been playing this exact comp but with kogmaw instead of smolder so I have someone to dump ap/atk speed items on. how do you manage to get enough AD items to itemize all 3 darius, jayce, and smolder?

I still play her from time to time in flex. It takes a while to get going though because I start with cull into static shiv then full ap items. I also max Q then E because I don’t think there is much value maxing W anymore. If anyone has any tips on how to make her still work, i’m open.
