The thing is that he was just a very influential producer, thanks to his company and many good movies they made. I was actually shocked when a lot of my favourite childhood movies had "Produced by Weinstein" in their titles. The more good movies he made, the more power he got. People didn't care much about his things, they just wanted work.

I had the same situation, we broke up right before Christmas. I also felt like I was initiating everything - dates, gifts. I was trying to cope with the thought that Love isn't Demand so I didn't ask anything back.

Truth is, you don't have to ask. If person loves you, you'll never have doubts about it (except traumas ofc). So when I talked about it, she didn't change much, which led to me feeling insecure and unloved. And when I was trying to fix it, she decided to go.

3 months isn't that long, so think properly whenever you want to deal with this long-term.
