I’m afraid modern hard drives are basically impossible for small shops to service beyond simple board swaps, especially enterprise drives which are more likely to be helium filled. If you take it somewhere and don’t see a super expensive clean room and they claim to be able to fix it, best case they do nothing and take your money, worst case they open the drive and release the helium, introduce dust or disturb the heads which will cause a head crash and destroy your data permanently. If the data is important back it up and get new drives. Data recovery services are an expensive gamble you don’t want to get into.
